[When China turns on the feed, it's easy to tell he's sitting at the Pokemon Center, except he's not in Ecruteak anymore. He smiles at the camera.]

I have Eevee, Dratini, and Bagon eggs. I can be found at the Center in Goldenrod and I can assure you that they'll all grow up to be just as beautiful and powerful as their mothers!

[If you look carefully, you might notice something moving under China's white sweater as well as a baby Chikorita napping on his lap. Oh, and hey! His hair's grown back and is now in it's usual ponytail once again!]

I'm really interested in how skills pass down from parents to child, so I would like to know which species the parents are, so I can compare their abilities a little.

Both the mother and father are Salamence and both are level sixty, aru.

The father, Zongxian is very determined when it comes to his tasks, but... he seems to be trying to woo every other female dragon-type Pokemon on my team. [He's sobbing on the inside.]

The mother, Qing, is not as friendly, but she has a strong will, aru. She was my brother's Pokemon until he returned home.

I see... That sounds like a very impressive pedigree.

Well, I do come from a very interesting family myself, so I guess I should not be too surprised at how Zongxian and Qing turned out, aru.

Both of them are strong Pokemon, though, which means the chance of their children growing strong as well is high!

That is wonderful to hear... I'm really interested on how pokémon develop depending on their parentage, so helping a child like that grow would be a great chance.

I absolutely agree. I have always worked hard to make sure all my team behaves in a proper way, hopefully this child will be receptive to feedback.

If its father was responsive to discipline, then I'm sure the offspring will show some reaction, aru.

I'm curious, though, where did you gain your experience with children?

I grew up with a little sister... She was a bit of a rebel, but she had good intentions.

Also, I raised most of my pokémon since they were eggs, so I've been getting quite a bit of training on those skills.

Ah! I also got experience from my siblings! I had eight of them, so I got plenty of it, aru. I also help look after some of the children back in China.

Then of course I had my Pokemon to add on to it all.

Having children around can certainly lighten a situation. I had some younger cousins too, but unfortunately I couldn't see them that often.

I was actually an only child for a long time. I didn't meet my first sibling until I was already a young adult, aru.

I don't think I have any cousins, none that I can think about. Are any of yours here in Johto as well?

I see... My little sister is just a year younger than me... I can't imagine how being an only child would be.

Two of my cousins are in Johto, yes. It's really nice to see them so often.

It was quite lonely, aru. I was surrounded by many people growing up, but it was not the same as having a family surrounding me.
